What the service provides

The current service provides free, browser-based, educational pregnancy and preconception fertility-timing calculators and reference tools. Results come from user-entered information processed through fixed calendar calculations or documented reference models. The site does not offer an account, upload, patient portal, database pregnancy record, or paid service. Its scope may reasonably change without a promise of future features. See Tools and About for the current service.

Medical-use limits

Results cannot serve as a diagnosis, treatment plan, medication advice, ultrasound interpretation, urgent-care decision, or formal medical record. They cannot replace qualified professional judgment. Do not use a website result to change clinical dating, treatment, or delivery planning. Using the site does not create a professional care relationship. Read the Medical Disclaimer and Methodology.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal educational reference, to help family or supporters understand date information, or to link to the site lawfully. Do not use it unlawfully; interfere with, attack, probe, or circumvent its security; create automated traffic that places a material burden on the service or bypasses technical limits; inject malicious code; impersonate the site or a professional organization; or present output as a diagnosis, medical record, doctor statement, or official certification.

Do not copy the complete site, brand, or pages in a way that suggests partnership or endorsement. Normal browser use and lawful search-engine indexing are not prohibited by these terms.

Content, formulas, and intellectual property

Original site writing, design, brand elements, and code are protected where applicable law provides protection. Public medical facts, calendar arithmetic, pregnancy dating conventions, official guidance, and third-party materials do not become Pregnancy Metrics property because the site refers to them. Third-party content remains subject to its owners' rights.

You may view and reasonably quote site material for personal, noncommercial reference. Do not remove attribution, misrepresent a source, imply endorsement, or treat this as permission to use the brand, trademark, or copy the site in full.

Third-party links and sources

External links provide sources and background. Pregnancy Metrics does not control third-party content, availability, accuracy, or privacy practices. A link does not mean sponsorship, approval, or partnership; third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability and changes

The site may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, faults, provider issues, security, or product changes. It does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability. Tools may be modified, removed, or added. A substantive change to these terms will be posted on this public page, without a promise of personal notice or a fixed annual or monthly review.

Warranties and responsibility

The site is provided “as available.” It does not guarantee that a result suits an individual pregnancy or matches a clinical record. You are responsible for checking inputs and deciding whether to rely on a result. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Pregnancy Metrics is not responsible for medical, personal, financial, indirect, incidental, or consequential decisions or losses based on site output. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law cannot exclude.
