What calculator results mean

Dates, pregnancy weeks, ovulation windows, and home-test timing are calendar estimates that depend on the information entered. A due date is not a guaranteed delivery day. A conception estimate does not confirm fertilization, intercourse, implantation, or parentage. IVF dating uses a documented transfer date and clinic-confirmed Day-3 or Day-5 embryo age; it does not predict implantation or treatment success.

Weight-gain ranges are population guidance, not personal targets, nutrition prescriptions, or assessments of fetal growth. A home-test timing reference cannot determine pregnancy; an early negative can be false, and a positive test alone does not establish pregnancy location or viability. Fertility medicines containing hCG or a recent pregnancy can affect interpretation. An ovulation estimate cannot confirm ovulation or identify safe days for contraception. Incorrect or unsuitable inputs can make any result unsuitable for an individual situation.

Clinical records take priority

Use the current estimated due date in the pregnancy record and guidance from the prenatal or fertility care team for individual decisions. Early pregnancy ultrasound and clinical assessment may confirm or revise dating; this website cannot interpret ultrasound measurements or decide clinical redating. For an embryo-transfer pregnancy, clinic records take priority. Do not use a calculator result to change a clinical record yourself. The Methodology explains the calendar rules.

What the site cannot determine

The site cannot determine pregnancy location or viability, miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy, fetal growth or wellbeing, congenital conditions, labor status, medication safety, the need for testing or treatment, timing of delivery, or individual risk. It cannot evaluate symptoms or decide whether care is urgent.

Do not wait for a calculator result or support-email reply when you have a health concern. Contact an appropriate healthcare professional; for a possible emergency, contact local emergency services. This site and its support email are not emergency channels.
