Pregnancy Metrics is an independently developed educational site for pregnancy and preconception questions. Its 7 browser-based calculators give a result from information you enter; plain-language guides explain the methods and their limits.
It is not a clinic, medical provider, diagnostic service, or official calculator of a professional organization. No external clinician certification is claimed.
Who publishes this site
An individual developer maintains Pregnancy Metrics independently. The site is not operated by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or approved by a clinic, hospital, ACOG, ASRM, or a medical board. The publisher is responsible for the site's content and for correcting errors brought to its attention.
What the site offers
The calculators cover due dates, pregnancy weeks, conception-date estimates, IVF dating, pregnancy weight-gain references, ovulation estimates, and pregnancy-test timing. Each tool answers a focused question, not every question about a pregnancy. Use the calculator selector to find the right tool, or read the guides for explanations.
Calculations run in the browser without an account or project-controlled database. The optional weight-gain tracker stores data on the device only after explicit opt-in. Routine hosting requests and support email remain separate data flows; the Privacy Policy explains them.
How content is checked
Calculator methods and factual explanations are tied to published sources relevant to the claim. Public explanations are checked against the code that produces results, with content contracts, browser tests, and release checks. The Methodology documents formulas and sources; Editorial and Methodology Review describes the review process and its limits. This process does not amount to external clinical certification.
Medical boundaries
Results are educational references, not diagnoses, treatment advice, ultrasound interpretation, fetal-health assessments, or a formal medical record. They cannot confirm exact conception, implantation, pregnancy outcome, or delivery day. A care team's established record and qualified clinical judgment take priority over a calendar estimate.
